Providing teletherapy services to adults and teens in Oregon
Contact me to find out more
I opened my private practice in Gladstone in early 2019, providing in-person services to adults, older teens, and couples in the greater Portland-Metro area and Northern Willamette Valley. Like nearly all mental health providers in Oregon, I moved to virtual counseling services in March 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. What began as a temporary measure to be able to provide mental health services during a lockdown has transformed into a long-term method for providing affordable and accessible mental health services to residents across Oregon. While I value (and miss) in-person interactions, many factors contributed to the decision to formally move into a teletherapy practice.
Virtual mental health services are not an appropriate fit for everyone, but it can be a good fit for the vast majority of clients. If you have doubts about teletherapy but are open to considering the possibility, please contact me to learn more, and check out more information here.
I invite you to explore this site to discover more about me and my mental health counseling practice.
