A bit about me...

I have spent much of my personal and professional life driven by my love for people and my desire to be a helper. After receiving a bachelor's degree in Psychology, I spent 10 years in the social services field, working with adults and families experiencing a variety of challenges related to poverty. From there, I transitioned into my "job" for several years as a stay-at-home parent and household CEO.

Through the culmination of several difficult life experiences, my personal values about people and relationship, and my heart for helping, in 2016, I found myself in grad school. I completed the formal education and student intern training needed to become a Professional Counselor Associate (PCA). I am currently working towards the counseling hours required by the state of Oregon to receive full licensure. I am both thrilled and humbled to do this work in the world.

To learn more about me and my counseling practice, head on over to the FAQ page, Services and Fees page, as well as read my Professional Disclosure Statement. You may also contact me with any specific questions not answered here.

I would love the opportunity to meet you and see what I can offer through counseling services that may be a fit for you.
